Service Description

The first stage of life from birth to seven years old, focuses on physical development. How do we know when that phase has climaxed and the forces of growth are ready for the next stage of development? Join Peggy Waterhouse and Laura Ford as they guide you through information, discussions and practical considerations. --- --- Laura Ford has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from San Diego State University. She received her Waldorf Teaching certificate from Antioch University New England. This is her 20th year teaching grades and early childhood at the Waldorf School of San Diego. --- Johanna Laurelin attended University in Hamburg, Germany. She is a widely acclaimed eurythmist performing with stage groups in Europe and the US. She is the Eurythmy and orchestra teacher at the Waldorf School of San Diego for more than 20 years. She is our regular teacher of music and Eurythmy, as well as one of our Co-directors here at WISC, San Diego. --- Peggy Waterhouse has a Master of Arts degree in Voice, and received her Waldorf teacher training at Antioch University New England, and has been an early childhood teacher for 20 years, at noteworthy schools such as pine Hill, High Mowing, East Bay Waldorf School and now at Sanderling Waldorf School here in San Diego since 2018. She is the director of our Early Childhood training program and is one of our Co-directors here at WISC , San Diego.
