The body ages predictably and naturally but the development of the soul is our own individual responsibility. It seems more than ever the world is asking us to awaken to that which lives unconsciously within us. Understanding life as a process of growth, crisis, transformation and the unfolding of capacity can help us navigate both our inner and outer worlds. In this course we will give a picture of the 7-year life phases and how the body, soul and spirit unfold over time. Using our own unique life journeys set against the archetypal picture of human development we can see and understand these phases through guided exercises and sharing. The use of artistic media helps us to see our lives from different perspectives and to perceive ourselves more objectively. Spacial Dynamic exercises will help to integrate the learning and discovery by bringing us into movement.
